Le Bistroquet at l'Hôtel du Dauphiné serves a traditional cuisine with a Mediterranean touch. The Chef Abdel Barakat transforms fresh local products into delicious suggestions. Hand-made morel, lemon or walnut crumble ravioles are the unmissable dishes of the house, as tagine, speciality of the house.
