Ferme de la Jarjatte (farm)
This family and organic farm, with a dozen Tarines and Jersey cows sales mature cheeses and fresh dairy-products and offers the opportunity to see cow milking from 6 pm.
Mature products: Tome, Goustarou (similar to Comté), Petit Vachère (close to St Nectaire), Alp (akin to Raclette) and Toupillon (similar to Reblochon)
Fresh products: Jarjatton (lactic cheese), fromage blanc, yoghurt and raw milk.
All year round, daily.
Open every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. From 4 to 7 pm from April to October and from 2 to 7 pm from November to March.
