Pause Sauna offers collective or private sauna sessions in a friendly, unpretentious setting, by appointment. These can be followed by a massage (we offer a wide range of massages techniques from around the world.)
We suggest you alternate between a 15mn sauna session followed by a rest in the relaxation lounge (1h45 session not including a massage).
You can hire the sauna for your exclusive use. Groups welcome.
For hire: a 40m² activity room, ideal for voice or body work and 1 fully equipped massage rooms (please contact us for the monthly rate).
