I am a certified practitioner (‘Relation d’aide par le toucher’) based in Die where I practice holistic wellness massages using a range of techniques to tailor to your specific needs.
The Wwellness massages I offer are tailor-made so that your whole being is taken into account.
It can be practiced on a massage table with oils or fully-clothed prefered.
I use a variety of techniques, suitable touch and listen closely to your needs. This massage offers time and space to fully relax and release physical, mental and emotional tensions.
I can use one of the following techniques: Californian massage, Shiatsu, Korean relaxation, foot reflexology, Ayurvedic massage for pregnant women.
The massage lasts between an hour or an hour and a half.
