Small individual winery in the Diois Valley, the Domaine des Genêts in Ponet works according to the nature and produces an organic Clairette de Die.
"We bottle our wine at a slightly lower density, balancing the grape sugars, alcohol and aromas of the muscat à petits grains for greater subtlety.
Our 5-hectare vineyard has an average age of 40 years. It ensures stable quality and degrees, allowing us to produce a Clairette de Die of 9.5% vol. and the comfort of not enriching with sugar.
I took over this estate in August 2005, ensuring the 4th generation of our products from father to son."
