Program
DAY 1
Afternoon Day 1: Participate in a workshop of Nicole's choice from sophrology, laughter yoga or intuitive touch. Set off on a journey towards physiological well-being through these relaxing, energizing and playful practices.
Overnight : Away from the noise of the world, a stone's throw from breathtaking horizons, the gîte and unusual tent await you for a convivial and exhilarating stay.
DAY 2
Morning D2: Christelle will lead you on a discovery of edible and/or medicinal wild plants during a nature outing that will awaken all your senses.
Afternoon D2: After the morning's abundant harvesting, it's now time for a colorful, tasty and nutrient-rich cooking workshop, where you'll be able to taste and creatively reproduce these original recipes at home.
