Pays Diois Cycling Routes

Sharpen your Edge on our 50 Mountain Passes

Warm up between Vercors and the Baronnies on our small mountain roads before reaching mountain passes. With its diverse landscape and a warm climate, it is truly a joy to cycle in the region !

The Pays Diois is not flat and its charms lie in the contrast between deep valleys, plateaux and surrounding mountains.
Indeed, there’s no better way to experience its relief than riding it ! The Pays Diois cycling routes are made of winding roads with little traffic and remarkable landscapes…
The middle of the range mountain relief with its small, authentic hilltop villages are well worth the effort !
Add to this, secluded but accessible mountain passes and you won’t notice the kilometres go past.

The Pays Diois Tourist Information Centre has been awarded the « Accueil Vélo » label (Cyclists Welcome). It offers a range of services for cyclists such as dedicated maps, E-bike battery charging facilities, practical information, a list of other bike friendly businesses and a repair kit.

Some of our business partners are also labelled ‘Accueil Vélo’: they will be pleased to offer a personalised service.
