In a simple, friendly setting, Pause Sauna offers group or private sauna sessions on reservation. These sessions can be followed by an Ayurvedic massage for women and trans women.
Sessions are mixed on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Monday afternoons are for women and gender minorities.
Reservations can only be made by text message to the number provided.
The relaxation room is your space. You can rest between sauna sessions, have a drink, read (a selection of over a hundred graphic novels at your disposal!), listen to the silence. A terrace on the north side welcomes you for a breath of fresh air!
We offer a protocol alternating 15-minute sauna sessions with rest in the relaxation room (1h45 session excluding massage).
Private sauna available. Groups welcome.
