Fifth-generation farmers on our family farm, which has been certified organic for over 20 years, we offer local, creative farmhouse cuisine using our own produce and that of local producers.
After more than a decade in the restaurant business, one of the three Mancip sisters and her partner opened the Auberge de la Bâtie at the end of June 2023. Gaëlle and Benoit offer seasonal cuisine made mainly with products from the farm, including lamb, walnuts and walnut oil, and garden vegetables. All products not sourced on the farm are carefully selected from the Diois and Drôme regions. Service is provided by Maëla and Enora, Gaëlle's sisters.
