Techniques used: Californian, Shiatsu, Korean, reflexology.
A wellness massage lasts 1 or 1.5 hours. It's a personalized treatment which, through a combination of techniques, an adapted touch and sensitive listening to the needs of the person being massaged, provides a privileged space to release physical, psychological and emotional tensions.
Techniques include Californian, shiatsu, foot reflexology, Korean relaxation, ayurvedic pregnancy massage and somatic touch.
