The Diois region is ideal for outdoor sports activities in all seasons: walking/hiking on the Ambel plateau, cycling & mountain biking, canoeing down river Drôme, climbing at Lus-la-Croix-Haute. 15 min. from Die (local produce, culture, organised activities), a small town with good range of shops/services for a stress-free holiday. Be sure to sample some Clairette de Die, the famous local sparkling wine.
