Tasting the local produce is an essential part of discovering a region.

And there are some delicious treats waiting for you in the Diois… You are sure to enjoy local cheeses made from goat or sheep milk, walnuts and walnut oil, local hams, pâté and sausages, foie gras, jams, honey, and many other products.

Don’t forget that many of the local foods are produced organically, as the Drome region          is the leading organic food producing area of France.
