The Diois is a popular destination
for mountain bikers. (Mountain bikes are called "vélo tout
terrain" in French. The abbreviation is “VTT”, which
is what you should look for on signs and route maps.)
There are some great routes here, such as the "Chemins du Soleil",
or sun trail, along marked narrow paths; there is so much to discover
here on your bike that you will need to keep coming back again and again.

You can also rent mountain bikes here, and if you want, can hire
a guide who can take you on some favourite routes.
